Responsibilities for the Associate Vice President – Tax Partnership Group include:

- Reviewing federal, state, local, and foreign tax returns and K-1s and estimates
- Providing tax technical support and tax planning/structuring
- Responding to investor inquiries
- Working on special projects

Required Skills:
- 4+ years of hedge funds, private equity and/or financial products tax experience
- Thorough understanding of tax matters regarding futures, forwards, swaps and aggregate
- Experience with 1055s, 1120s, 1042s, W8s and W9s
- Strong Excel skills
