Responsibilities:

- Control and monitor the intercompany elimination, investment versus equity elimination, and minority interest processes
- Control the accuracy of entity level financials by directing legal entity accountants in regards to outstanding breaks and assisting them with the resolution process
- Review process control reporting to ensure the consolidation process executed properly
- Manage the approval process for new entities and accounts

Required Skills:
