Description: Relationship Assistant Manager (Associate) in the Mid Corporate Banking Group

The position is primarily a support role to Senior Relationship Managers who manage a portfolio of customers and seek to develop new corporate relationships. As a member of the team, the position plays an integral part to help gain, manage and maintain the relationships located in the region. The role of a Relationship Assistant Manager is to 1) help in a support role to generate new revenue opportunities from prospects or clients and 2) Assist Senior Relationship Managers by providing solutions that leverage a full range of the Firm’s products and services while partnering with Credit, Investment Banking and other product partners. The ideal Candidate will have the ability to identify and assess credit transaction risks and will have a strong knowledge of credit policies and processes including structuring and documentation of credit requests. The candidate will also help in the generation of pitch books and other marketing materials.

* Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar Banking support role. * Collaborate with underwriting team on analysis, structuring and documentation of credit requests, must have Strong credit and analytical skills * Knowledge of Investment Banking products and preferably execution experience * Help in the generation of pitch books and other marketing materials * Excellent problem solving, oral and written communication skills * The ability to be a highly motivated, productive team player * Proficient in Excel and Power Point * Excellent reviews and referrals from your current manager and peers * Series 7 & 63 licensed (or must obtain) * Permanent and/or unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
