Job description The Associate Partner (AP) has direct accountability for overall successful delivery of large-scale Financial Markets (FM) engagements involving technology, process and organizational change initiatives (with strong focus on brokerage systems). The AP is responsible for direction and definition of approach for multiple projects, understanding client needs and shaping clients views on project deliverables. Responsible for client relationship management and for ensuring delivery of results requiring teamwork between practitioners, client resources, and third party independent software vendors (ISVs) as needed. This is a consulting services delivery role in a complex and integrated environment. Specific responsibilities include leading large project teams in the end to end applications architecture design and component system integration for a complex application solution in a Financial Services (FS) environment. Responsibilities will focus on delivering complete system solutions comprising client-server, n-tier and distributed components, and may also include systems with significant internet, intranet, and messaging services.
