Responsibilities: Responsibilities: .Daily communication with overseas external/internal. Give clear and concise direction for overseas offices, follow up on pending issues, and advise all approvals through out the process. .Presentations for various meetings must be done professionally and on a timely basis. .Up to date on all reports. Making certain design flow is fully maintained. .Knowledge of garment construction .Attends all fit sessions .AI Style manager-sketching and generating tech paks .Participate in setting up the showroom .Participate in initial design and color concept

Qualifications: Qualifications: .2-4 years of design experience in related mens field .BA degree from art/design college .minimal experience in managing 1 direct report .technically trained and versed in textile knowledge (such as construction, weaving, yarn counts for yarn dyes) .knowledgeable in printing techniques .knowledgeable in garment construction .detail oriented with strong technical and creative skills
