Your functional area will be determined by the Store Manager and business needs. Furthermore, you%%27ll be accountable for ensuring revenue targets are met in your area of responsibility by monitoring store key performance incentive goals, managing budgeted metrics (such as SG&A, margin, payroll and PTI), monitoring space utilization and maximizing productivity. You%%27ll ensure the understanding of all financial, operational and product reports and proactively utilize them to develop and track business plans, and to communicate key product needs to the Store Manager and appropriate partners. You%%27ll also be responsible for maintaining visual standards (refill, open, closures and toolbox), while ensuring the consistent planning and execution of product flow (markdowns, transitions and DTF). You%%27ll plan upcoming shipments, develop strategies and identify key business opportunities. In addition, you%%27ll monitor market/customer trends and communicate the findings to management and World Headquarters partners.%%0A Requirements for the position include:%%0A%%0A * 3+ years%%27 retail management experience%%0A * Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (or 2 additional years%%27 management experience in lieu of a degree)%%0A * Experience in coaching and counseling%%0A * Experience and ability to lead a high level of customer service in a brand retailer%%0A * Proficient with all Microsoft Office products%%0A * Ability to communicate in English%%0A * Ability to recruit, lead and manage a team%%0A * Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed%%0A * Ability to, with or without accommodation, have the proficient use of both sensory perception/clarity and muscle control/coordination.
