OVERALL SUMMARY The Assistant to the Director of Disbursements will provide administrative assistance and overall coordination to support HBOs Accounts Payable, Expense, Payroll and Treasury functions. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES General administrative duties: answer telephones, screen and log calls, typing, filing copying, book conference rooms/event planning and coordinate travel arrangements . Open, review, distribute mail/reports . Create expense reports, prepare invoices . Maintain department records and Directors calendar of appointments . Participate in department activities such as record retention . Backup for filing of timesheets for outside payroll service . Upload files into Xpedio and update the Money Matters website using Teamsite . Assist with special projects as needed . Serve as backup to Executive Assistant for departments Vice President . Minimum 2-4 years relevant work experience . Degree is preferred
