Job Description Constellation Energy is seeking a qualified professional with proven results to join our Retail Support Services team in our regional office. The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: . Coordinate the daily work flow of regional personnel. . Regional tier 3 customer relationship management in order to complement the sales/sales support effort as well as customer cares centralized support structure. . Document customer complaints, analyze causation, and seek timely resolution to the satisfaction of the customer . Monitor deal flow activities. . Coordinate and attend both sales and customer meetings. . Receive, process and coordinate RFP responses. . Attend regulatory & EDC/ISO meetings as necessary . Identification, communication and coordination of market (EDC/ISO) updates, including tariff changes, to the business. . Facilitate and manage to completion the resolution of regional issues by clearly defining the situation, gathering appropriate resources to best resolve and ultimately coordinating the results to internal/external customers. . Facilitate new product implementation . Some travel required Basic Qualifications Qualifications (Experience, Competencies, Skills, Education): . BA/BS in Business, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent. MBA preferred. . Must have strong knowledge of structure of ancillary and capacity charges in multiple markets . Experience in a high growth retail business with clear customer service accountability. . Experience with establishing and operating with metrics and measures. . Strong business oriented executive with experience solving complex operational issues. . Must be able to redefine and communicate the organizations desired state, develop a transition strategy, assure appropriate communication channels, and build/maintain the necessary human resources. . Must be able to maintain a broad, long-term view and ensure the development of shared mission, values, and goals. . Experience operating in both centralized and decentralized environments. . One or more of the following industry experience required: banking, financial services, energy, and telecommunications. . Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to lead and influence both directly and indirectly. . Familiarity with computer systems, database applications, and overall information management. . Knowledge of front/mid-office processes/systems and thorough understanding of back-office processes/systems.
