Description: Analyst-Marketing AutoReqId 106927BR Responsibilities The US Commercial Card Customer Loyalty team is responsible for driving charge volume and retention for a portfolio of 50,000+ clients through a variety of outbound telemarketing campaigns. This Marketing Analyst will be responsible for managing the database that houses all Direct telemarketing campaign information. This includes oversight of the campaign management process including delivery of the data and information required to support all telemarketing campaign needs, and ensuring that clients are contacted with relevant messaging in alignment with specified contact goals and timelines. This individual will work closely with key partners (including technology and the Outbound Telemarketing Team in Phoenix) to coordinate all database and messaging enhancements. This analyst will also manage all Membership Rewards outbound telemarketing campaigns and direct mail acquisition campaigns.
