The IACAS network includes Ask, Citysearch, Evite, Excite, Expedia, Hotwire, iWon, Live Daily, Match, Ticketmaster and TicketWeb. Summary Description: The Analyst, Inventory Management will play a pivotal role in the support of the national sales organization. This role will work with a number of internal groups such as ad sales, traffic, and client services and will be responsible for primary support regarding media inventory management and pricing requests/approvals. The Analyst will be identified as an inventory and pricing expert by the entire selling organization and will affect revenue throughout all parts of the sales cycle. Responsibilities: * Validating inventory availability for media units across the IACAS network for the national sales organization * Supporting internal groups such as ad sales, traffic, and client services to provide inventory and pricing support * Providing ad sales and client services with inventory snapshots to aid in identifying new opportunities, upsell opportunities, and optimization of current campaigns * Prioritizing ad campaigns across the network in order to maximize yield for the organization * Training sales and support staff on inventory principles, systems, and workflow operations * Providing reporting and analysis to senior management in support of inventory and pricing strategy Requirements Technical Skill Level * 1-2 years experience in online media sales support * Knowledge of online advertising principles, inventory, optimization, and pricing required * Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required Professional Skill Level * Must be an excellent communicator and motivator * Ability to multi task in a dynamic environment * Strong problem solving and analytical skills Attributes / Behaviors * Multi-tasking * Analytical * Accountability * Adaptability * Attention to Detail * Commitment to Team Required Experience * 3-5 yrs work experience * 1-2 years experience in online media sales support * BA/BS required IACAS is a diverse environment focused on innovation, collaboration and passion.
