AM Equity Trading - Platform Team Leader - US Job Overview: The Investment Management Technology division requires a team leader in the Equity Trading group. The individual will lead an existing team in expanding the platform to support trading strategies of new businesses. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills. He or she must be highly driven and results-focused, with the ability to work in a fast pace and demanding environment.

Skill and Experience Requirements:

* The Team Leader should possess a wide scope Equity Trading expertise, preferably with the Merrin platform. * Solid understanding of order and execution management environments and flow. * Experience working with systems that support a trading floor. Preferable working on Equities. * Experience supporting International trading. * Strong inter-personal skills. * Experience of full project lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing and deployment). * Strong technical skills. * Solid understanding of FIX. * Experience with Swift Transmissions.
