The Ad Solutions Senior Manager position is in the Client Solutions department, and works closely with Product Development, Marketing, and Sales. Their primary responsibility is to create world class advertising products built for the MySpace platform. Responsibilities: .Serve as ad product expert across all lines of ad products (Video, Brand Community, Widgets, Applications, HyperTargeting, Mobile, Homepage, Latino, Marketing Sponsorships, Music, etc.) for regional Sales teams .Collaborate with internal departments to create new ad products specific to key verticals within the Northeast region .Partner with Sales Development and Sales Planning teams to create custom advertiser programs for Key Accounts .Train Sales teams on how to best represent ad products according to client objectives and how to strategically sell new ad products Skills/Qualifications: .4 - 5+ years experience working in online advertising, agency/media experience preferred .Strong analytical, project management and organizational skills .Excellent communication/presentation skills .Proven understanding of media planning and buying strategies .Ability to mentor, coach and work collaboratively with technical team, sales, sales support, product and other cross-functional groups .Experience in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers, both internal and external .Strong knowledge of the facets of online advertising, ad serving, ad technologies and ad metrics .Experienced with Research (custom, syndicated and 3rd party) relevant to the media industry .Critical thinking skills to analyze data and make recommendations .Ability to respond to demanding needs of a start up organization heavily relying on sales support
