Job Description: EXAMPLES OF DUTIES PERFORMED This list of duties is not exhaustive and duties may be added, deleted or changed at any time, without notice. . Assist New York based Account Executives in processing plans and orders, which include allocations and EDIs. . Maintain client/agency files and account information. . Interface with clients. . Interface with other sales offices and Traffic Department on all orders to ensure correct airing of commercials. . Acts as liaison between Account Executives and clients/agencies. . Handle and resolve discrepancies. . Perform other duties as needed and as directed by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS Education: A Bachelors degree preferred. High school required. Experience: 2+ year sales assistant or advertising agency buying/planning preferred Equipment: Computer literacy and manual dexterity, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Skills/Abilities: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Attention to detail a must. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively. Occasional overtime may be required.
