Experience: Our client, a major International Law Firm with a huge presence in New York City is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support their existing team of about ten individuals for a six-month temporary assignment. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager and Controller, responsibilities will include: - Processing of approximately 100 invoices a week in an Elite General Ledger - Reviewing of expenses for charging either to house or client accounts - Coding expenses per chart of accounts with 1000+ account codes - Posting cash and journal entries into the Elite system to record payments - Tracking certain client expenses in Excel Please direct resumes to jordan.shapiro@accountemps.com for immediate consideration.
