As the Accounting Manager you will:

- Oversee and develop three direct reports
- Handle the monthly close, covenant compliance, consolidation and GAAP
- Prepare financial statements
- Report processes for funds and corporate entities
- Coordinate the year-end audits
- Work on various special projects
- Liaise with investor relations and fund administrators in oversight of fund NAV and account statement review

Required Skills:
- 8+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Proven supervisory experience
- Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills
