Position Description Egencia is searching for a Corporate Account Manager based in the East Region Mid-Atlantic territory to support and develop the Corporate Travel Business. The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for maintaining strong relationships between Egencia and its corporate customers that result in period-over-period revenue growth, long-term profitability, and long-term account retention. Job Responsibilities: . Participate in sales process and oversee new account implementations . Promote, educate, and migrate accounts on the new Egencia products and upcoming releases . Act as customers advocate within Egencia to include identifying appropriate individual(s) internally and reworking processes, as necessary, to resolve service-related issues . Consult with customers on web-based related tools including Egencias online products . Regularly monitor accounts travel activity and proactively identify opportunities for new supplier partnerships . Evaluate partnership opportunities for customers and provide recommendations throughout negotiating process . Act as liaison between corporate customers and industry suppliers . Conduct quarterly business reviews with accounts . Create annual business plans for all accounts . Consult with corporate travel managers in establishing and maintaining corporate travel policy Skill Requirements: . Excellent written and oral communication skills . Strong commitment to providing exceptional service . Effective time management skills . Proven ability to analyze and make decisions based on complex financial and travel management data . Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint . Ability to collaborate and complete tasks and projects in a team-focused environment . Ability to give presentations to small and large groups of people . Ability to understand, market, and support an online product . Ability to create and deliver dynamic presentations . Must have consultative selling skills.
