Description: %%0A The Family Office Practice is a national practice specializing in providing risk and insurance advisory solutions to families with substantial assets who are members of a Private Held Family Firm, Single Family Office, Multi Client Family Office or Private Trust Company. %%0A %%0A The management liability Account Executive must have experience as an underwriter or broker for all lines of management liability. Directors & Officers, Errors & Omissions, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Outside Directorship Liability, and Bonds. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of prospect development pre-sale through to closing and, in most cases, continues to manage the client relationship for a period of time for the Private Client Services Family Office. As appropriate, ensures a transparent transition of the client to a Steward. Focuses on defining and interpreting the insurance needs of a prospect and identifying solutions to address these needs.%%0A%%0A %%0A%%0A * Gathers necessary information from prospect in order to prepare comprehensive risk evaluation and proposal.%%0A * Reviews the prospect's current coverage and exposures loss experience and analyzes risk to determine the product/service requirements.%%0A * Develops proposals for prospects and performs all activities necessary to convert prospect to client. Creates and presents proposal to prospects and closes business.%%0A * Includes practice specialists as needed throughout the business development process to best manage prospect's risk exposure.%%0A * Communicates client's needs and binding instructions to carriers.%%0A * Works with Office Head or Sales Professional to grow and expand referral sources.%%0A * Generates referrals from prospects/clients.%%0A * Incorporates and regularly practices techniques introduced through Sales Training to continuously enhance skills and related performance.%%0A * Utilizes CRISP meetings and completes funnel and other internal information tracking reports as required.%%0A * Orchestrates a seamless client development plan working with Office Head, Sales Professional, Steward as appropriate.%%0A * Serves as primary contact for clients that are not transitioned to a Steward. Responsible for overall account maintenance and account rounding.%%0A * Provides proactive day-to-day client service by anticipating client needs and responding to client questions and issues in a timely manner.%%0A * Utilizes the Applied system in an accurate and timely manner to enter and maintain certain account information.%%0A * Ensures that all regulatory requirements are met and complies with all internal policies and procedures.%%0A * Other duties as assigned.%%0A%%0A %%0A * At least four years directly related client management experience, with a strong preference for Professional and Management Liability insurance experience. Must have a demonstrated ability to expand new business, grow client relationships and obtain client referrals.%%0A * Holds appropriate P&C license.%%0A * Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.%%0A * Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with remote locations, external clients, and vendors. Demonstrated ability to deliver highly technical and complex information to less technical individuals. Proven presentation skills required.%%0A * Strong negotiation skills with the demonstrated sales ability to convert prospect to client.%%0A * Strong active listening skills with the ability to ask thoughtful and probing questions in order to determine a client%%27s needs. Must be detail oriented with effective follow-up skills.%%0A * Proven time management skills are necessary. Must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver timely and accurate work products with a customer service focus, and respond with a sense of urgency as required.%%0A * Must be highly proficient in the use of personal computers and supporting software in a Windows based environment, including MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes; experience using customer or contact relationship management software strongly preferred, knowledge of Applied is ideal.
