Description: Account Executive ECH To prospect new clients that result in an increase in total business for Equity Corporate Housing, to maintain business relationships with current clients and to share new business leads with other Equity divisions. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or an equivalent combination of education/experience developing ability equal to that resulting from satisfactory completion of such a program. Two to four years of work experience in a fast paced outside sales environment. Successful track record using effective techniques in negotiating and closing a sale. Must be able to calculate sales margins. Must be able to work independently, prioritize workloads and adjust schedules accordingly. Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Must be computer literate in word processing. Must be attentive to detail and possess good problem solving skills.
