Come be a part of our culture of creativity, innovation and growth Responsibilities: * Possess and demonstrate a working knowledge of the clients business and competitive landscape. * Understand the appropriate research techniques for creative strategy and media needs. * Independently manage client meetings and daily status reports. * Secure approval of production estimates and oversee production budgets. * Prepare and guide production plans and time-lines to ensure client deadlines are met effectively. * Write contract reports and other materials. * Participate in the initiation, presentation, and completion of value-added projects and initiatives. * Work consistently to grow and develop the skills and abilities of junior agency staff. Qualifications: * Bachelors degree in a related field preferred. * Two years experience in advertising or related disciplines. * Established track record in previous positions. * Experience presenting information both orally and in writing. * Working knowledge of media basics. * Passion for the industry. * Awhatever it takesattitude. * Experience with digital media.
