American Living is a division of Polo Ralph Lauren and will be launching this year in over 500 JCPenney locations. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing the client and working with our field team to ensure they execute our deliverables. This individual should have previous experience managing a large field organization and has a strong background in leadership experience. Experience Requirements: • 10 Years of Retail, Wholesale or Branded Apparel Experience • BA/BS Degree • High Level Client Service • Retail program and/or training program development • Management of a large team field organization • Previous work leading a Retail Coordinator Organization, as a Regional Manager or as a Retail Coordinator • Budget Management, Retail Math and Business Analysis • Brand or Business Building results Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements: Key Responsibilities Include: • Proven High Level Leadership Experience • Professional Retailer Relationships and a positive influential demeanor • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills • Strong Independent work ethic, business acumen and desire to build a business and company from the ground up • Passion for Visual Merchandising • Computer skills include but no limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email and ability to master or internal website Problem Solving and Decision Making: · Must be solution-oriented, with the ability to turn challenges into opportunities at all levels · The candidate must also be willing to grow with a start up organization and work as a team member during the developmental phases. · Must be willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done
