General Responsibilities: . Proposal Management o Alert Regional Manager of Request For Proposal o Discuss strategy with RM and promotions, if applicable o Work with Coordinator to secure & oversee proposal reservations o Collaborate on proposal development with Regional Manager o Ensure that reservations are secure o Send proposal to Regional Manager to review and approve o Manage proposal requests with Creative Services and Promotions . Insertion Order Management o Enter proposal into Oracle, if Coordinator is unavailable o Verify accuracy of Oracle Insertion Order and Clients Insertion Order o Release any reservations not on Insertion Order o Clarify any questions Coordinators may have about the plan o Assist Regional Manager in managing opportunities in Salesforce . Client Management o Attend local meetings when necessary to assist Regional Manager with clients. o Set up meetings for your client list: own the agenda and presentation o Become the main contact for your entire client list; assist Regional Manager with client contact when he/she is out of office o Help Regional Manager build solid relationships by attending planning events outside of the work hour o Keep Regional Manager in the loop on any issues that occur once the campaign is live . Account Ownership o Set up quarterly meetings with accounts for updates, issues and development of long-term business relationships. Qualifications: . Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills . Excellent collaboration skills . Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word . Experience on Oracle and Salesforce systems not required, but a plus . Knowledge of 3rd party research tools such as @plan, Media Metrix, and Nielson Net Ratings . Ability to work well with others in high-energy environment with minimal supervision Requirements & Education . Bachelors Degree . 3-5 years relevant work experience . Previous sales or agency experience preferred, but not required
