Description: I well established construction firm in Manhattan is looking for an experienced Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Plumbing Estimator to head their Technical Services Division. The requirements for the MEP Estimator are: - 5+ years as an estimator in Manhattan - Well organized and efficient - Familiar with supporting bids, performing quantity take-offs, and assisting with subcontract tabulations. - Can handle multiple projects dealing with base-building and/or new construction. - Great communication and computer skills - Experience with high-rise interiors The firm wants an Estimator that is self-motivated and is looking to take a big role within their firm.
