Description: %%0A Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Company a division of Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies, Inc., is recruiting for an Experience Design Director with emphasis on interface design, visual narrative, and packaging. %%0A %%0A The Experience Design Director will focus on the strategy and brand experience of key Johnson & Johnson Comprehensive Care Business units as part of the Global Design Strategy Team and is a key participant in interpreting the strategic framework into productive patient experiences. The Experience Design Directors role is to help drive the creative process from concept to reality for the Comprehensive Care group. As a member of a cross-functional team this position has accountability for the experience design of product form, user interface, and service design particularly as it fosters consumer teaching and self-management of well-being. The individual must show a commitment to hearing and seeing the client/customer need and by effective problem solving, communication, and creativity will help deliver the best creative outcomes to provide an exceptional consumer experience throughout the entire care pathway. The individual must be able to manage individuals and teams in a way that is inspirational and results in breakthrough design. The Experience Design Director is expected to contribute and develop emerging design research methods that are patient centered and interpret findings into tangible outcomes.%%0A%%0A %%0A BA/BS degree is required. A minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, process development, execution and relationship management is preferred. Experience in the design field managing projects and strategic design review is required. Experience working in cross media is preferred.
