Assistant Manager This position is responsible for assisting with the smooth and efficient operations of a Godiva boutique as well as training and developing its sales associates. Assistant Managers are responsible for meeting personal sales plans and objectives, managing payroll and inventory controls, visual merchandising, as well as assisting with staffing.
