Description Responsible for analyzing trends in delinquencies and losses for all portfolios within the Citi Cards business ($150 B in ANR), identifying opportunities and developing Collections strategy based on analyses including: * Examining macro and regional economic trends and drivers that impact portfolio dynamics * Identify unique product or portfolio behaviors that will impact delinquency, losses, and bankruptcy * Examining bureau trends and trends in alternative data sources that provide early indication of losses and delinquency * Developing insight analyses to provide to Senior Management on overall portfolio diagnostics Duties include: Acting as a senior analyst on a team of analysts with the goal of understanding delinquency trends and recommending Collections and Recovery strategy changes and enhancements based on identified opportunities. Present and discuss insights with senior management across the cards business and recommend strategy and process changes that will positively impact delinquency, roll rates, charge off, and EBIT.

Specifications / Qualifications The Manager of Delinquent Portfolio Diagnostics will have a strong background of success analyzing trends in the financial services industry. This individual will have experience working on a team of analysts with a common goal and will have a strong understanding of the cards business dynamics that will drive the analyses. Successful candidates will be articulate and possess a demonstrated analytic leadership capability; they will have strong inter-personal effectiveness. Specifically, we seek: * A seasoned analyst with at least 3-5 years of increasing analytic responsibility at a financial institution * Over 3 years of Credit Risk Management/Collections analytic experience with a preference to one who understands the cards business * Demonstrated ability to develop partnerships with many business and functional areas * A quantitative and analytic approach to solving business problems * A graduate degree in an analytic discipline is preferred (engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics) * A background in Collections risk analytics is preferred
