Description Test Manager (Citibank, N.A. - Blue Ash, OH) Plan, direct, and coordinate the development and implementation of project requirements and software specifications including the creation of comprehensive software test strategies, plans, and scenarios. Manage software certification projects in support of consumer financial products and services. Conduct business requirements analysis including design analysis to meet internal user requirements. Manage test execution and participate in IST/Quality readiness reviews to ensure that all entrance/exit criteria are achieved per company specifications. Monitor project testing activities and communicate developments to project team and management throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle. Evaluate technology usage and recommend improvements and develop and implement information technology standards and governing procedures. Utilize PeopleSoft, SQL and WinRunner.

Specifications / Qualifications Requires: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in business administration, computers and information systems, systems engineering, or related field and 3 years of experience as a Test Manager or related occupation. Stated experience must include: managing software certification projects including business requirements analysis and test execution including design analysis to meet internal requirements; project and systems management throughout the entire SDLC for consumer and financial products and services; PeopleSoft; SQL; and, WinRunner.
