Responsibilities: The Senior Leasing Consultant will be responsible for leasing apartments, providing high quality customer service to residents and prospective residents. He/she will prepare all lease related paperwork in an accurate and timely manner and explain all lease documents to new and existing residents. The Sr. Leasing Consultant will ensure all leasing documents are completed prior to resident move-in. He/she will assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of programs to maximize community traffic levels, maintain closing ratios and budgeted occupancy percentages.

Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have High School diploma or equivalent (GED) and 2 years of multi-family leasing experience performing the duties of a Leasing Consultant or in retail or hotel sales. Undergraduate degree preferred.
