Description Division: Citi Community Capital * Reporting to the Director of Project Finance - Senior Bankers are responsible for independent marketing and execution of a complex suite of real estate development finance products - with a special emphasis on transactions involving tax-exempt housing bonds. * Markets and performs Investment Banking services - primarily in connection with debt transactions involving CCC as lender. * Provides guidance and leadership to other Bankers and junior staff. * The Senior Banker will take a leadership role in his or her market - developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with major issuers of tax-exempt debt and active developers. * Responsible to achieve annually assigned revenue and volume goals * Maintains current market intelligence regarding activities of competitors; and an ongoing knowledge of the customers and/or prospects within their region with whom we would like to do business. * As necessary, provides Bankers with deal closing and problem-solving assistance - elevating issues for further intervention as necessary. * As necessary, represents Citi at affordable housing and community development conferences and seminars.

Specifications / Qualifications * Minimum 5-10 years relevant lending and/or banking experience, preferably with strong experience in tax-exempt multi-family bonds. * Proven ability to sell and execute complex financial products. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Advanced real estate transaction structuring skills. * Familiarity with key players and issues in the regional community development sector. * Demonstrated problem-solving skills. * FINRA Series 7, 63 and 53 Licenses must be obtained and maintained -others as required.
