Description The Citigroup Private Bank Technology organization positions itself to enable the growth of the business as its primary goal. Globally, there are over 200 employees located in New York, London, Geneva, Zurich, Singapore, Tokyo and Seoul. This position is located within the Global Strategics Projects group, which is responsible for major strategic technology projects that have a global impact. * Interacts with business users to understand requirements, raising questions about ambiguities, contradictions, detailed data definitions, and exception scenarios. * Partners with the business requestor until requirements show clarity, accuracy and usability. Understands and champions the business goals and priorities. * Provides technical directions, performs design and test case reviews, works with other teams within the IT organization, including Architecture, Security & Infrastructure Services to jointly design, implement and support successful solutions for the Applications. * Interacts with various technical teams, conveying requests for troubleshooting, analysis, and development work, and communicating business goals and priorities. * Reviews Functional Specifications to ensure that they support the business requirements. * Elicits feasibility concerns and sizing estimates, and communicates them back to the business. * Project planning, and manages milestones and deliverables. Documents project assumptions and resource estimations. Interaction with the customer and timely response of all reports and updates , Resource Planning, deployment and optimization of projects. * Evaluates projects and systems for risks and exceptions, and proposes and margin-BOTTOM: 0px"Analyzes projects holistically, anticipating future needs as well as considering impact on related applications and global systems.

Specifications / Qualifications * Proven experience on Project & Process Management. * Strong SDLC skills. Must have experience in all levels of a project’ lifecycle from Requirements through Implementation and subsequent Production Support. * Extensive expertise in the gathering the requirements from business team / managers. * Very strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to manage details with precision but also able to understand and explain the whole picture. * Enthusiasm and flexibility in a dynamic environment; desire to take on whatever tasks are necessary in order to meet aggressive timeframes and deliver a project that meets the business needs. * Working knowledge of Siebel 7.X versions. * Solid knowledge of EAI, EIM, Siebel Web Services, integration with other applications * Strong Siebel system administration and Siebel Architecture skills * Working knowledge of Assignment Manager, Workflow and EAI, Outlook Sync, Siebel Analytics * Siebel 7.X certification is a plus.
