Description DIRECTOR - PROJECT AND EXAM MANAGEMENT The Project and Exam Management Director position provides leadership and project management experience in managing the BRC Project and Exam Management team. The Director works closely with BRC Management and staff, CBNA businesses and other support functions to manage projects and initiatives that support the development of a strong control environment for CBNA and improvements in risk management, operating productivity and client satisfaction. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES . Provide leadership, coaching and project management experience in managing the BRC Project and Exam Management team. . Oversee the team’s project management and ensure successful implementation of cross-business/function control-related projects and initiatives. Nature of the projects will focus primarily on providing risk identification and assessment and the development and execution of tactical solutions with immediate benefits. . Partner with the businesses and support functions to lead process improvement initiatives. . Coordinate exam management support with CBNA Compliance and businesses, including being the single point of contact for the exams, meeting with the regulators or auditors, and coordination of multi-business deliverables and responses. . Provide general control support at the CBNA level, including the implementation of Corporate or Sector policies and the development and maintenance of RCSA program mso-layout-grid-align: none" STYLE="margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px"

Specifications / Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE . 5+ years of project management or equivalent experience . Strong people management skills and demonstrated success in coaching and guiding individuals through multiple project closures. . Strong project management skills and experience in leading complex projects, driving results and change, delivering quantifiable benefits. . Ability to apply consultative, relationship management and influencing skills at all levels. . Creative, innovative thinker, willing to challenge conventional wisdom . Results-oriented, strong sense of urgency and personal commitment . Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. . Experience in business risk & controls, compliance, technology or comparable areas desired.
