Description * Responsible for overall quality, innovation and creative vision for Citibank Online (CBOL) and associated websites. * Leads the effort to translate business strategies into design strategies, interactions, and visual solutions. * Direct the activities of a team of information architects, designers, and copywriters - providing day-to-day supervision and overseeing development of individual site components. * Participates as a Creative team member in new-business development efforts. * Maintains consistency in user experience (UX standards and styles guides). * Manages all steps in the creative development process, including staffing projects effectively (using both internal and external agency resources), providing clear creative direction, giving timely and helpful coaching to improve creative, and producing all work cost effectively and on-schedule.

Specifications / Qualifications * Bachelors degree, or higher, in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field * 5-10 years Web design experience - In-depth understanding of HTML / DHTML and the capabilities of Web browsers; * Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash is required; * Experience with print and other interactive media such as iTV, mobile devices and broadband is astrong plus * Demonstrated ability to understand and translate technical requirements into effective design solutions * Demonstrated understanding of current usability standards and best user experience practices online * Prior experience in the design and development of large, content-heavy websites - familiarity with the technological abilities and limitations of dynamically generated websites and Content Management Systems. * Strong leadership - with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
