Job Code : 3189 Division/Department : Atria Senior Living Group Location : Kew Gardens NY US 11418 Travel Required : None Job Type : Full Time Career Level : Experienced (Non-Manager) Education : Associate Degree Category : Healthcare - RNs & Nurse Management Job Description : Atria Senior Living Group is looking for an experienced Nurse Liaison to join their team in Queens, New York. Ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with healthcare professionals through clinical expertise in order to generate more sales to Atria communities Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to the following: · Leverage relationships with hospitals, clinics, etc to support sales · Assist communities to maintain more than 95%% in occupancy or consistently grow occupancy to 95%% or higher · Meet and maintain company sales and marketing standards and strategies · Establish relationships in designated markets that will directly lead to professional referrals and move-ins for communities · Conduct tours of the community · Develop and promote public relation events designated to generate new business for the communities · Conducts pre-admission assessments to determine level of care. · Stays proficient with state regulations and Atria policies and procedures related to care · Understands and implements all strategies and tactics for the designated markets consistent with Atria’s sales objectives · Constantly assess communities in designated markets to identify sales and marketing needs and develop goals, strategies to address · Comply with all aspects of operations, including personnel policies, in accordance with Atria’s policies and federal, state, and local regulations · Participates on operations and sales calls to provide updates and suggestions for improving sales Education and/or Experience –LPN/LVN required; RN preferred. Minimum 3 to 5 years in a similar clinical and/or sales role in healthcare or Assisted Living environment. Licensing– Appropriate state licensing where required Language Skills -Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Mathematical Skills -Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent. Reasoning Ability -Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations -First Aid and CPR Certification if required by state law. Other Qualifications -Must successfully complete the Atria medication management training. Must be available to work flexible work hours due to demands of position.
