POSITION DESCRIPTION Position Purpose - Acts with Integrity: Demonstrates responsible, ethical and honest behavior in all Home Depot roles, tasks and responsibilities; models the Home Depot values. Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities - - Co-Managing the Business (Co-Managing all aspects of the stores operation and profitability). - Providing excellent customer service: Ensuring that the Home Depot shopping experience is provided to Customers (e.g. ensuring that customers are acknowledged, customer project needs are met, complaints are resolved, service is quick and efficient. - Merchandising: 1. Ensuring all products and displays are merchandised effectively in order to maximize sales and profitability. 2. Walking the stores with Store Manager, District Manager, Merchants and others to discuss and stay on top of merchandising. - Co-Supervising all Store Associates: 1. Assisting the Store Manager and HRM with recruiting and hiring the most qualified candidates to meet the stores needs. 2. Assisting the Store Manager and HRM with determining new associates rate of pay. 3. Observe - Planning: 1. Co-developing and communicating store standards to associates 2. Co-developing strategy in order to improve customer service, drive store sales and increase profitability 3. Working with Associates, Department Supervisors, ASMs and Store Manager. - Other Duties: 1. Ensuring the safety of Customers and Associates 2. Signing for Pcard expenses, markdowns, time slips, refunds, price changes, etc. 3. Verifying Deposits 4. Following standard operating procedures to open and close the store when scheduled. Physical Job Requirements - Most all of the time is spent sitting in the same position or standing/walking or there is some requirement to lift or handle material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds).

ESSENTIAL SKILLS Minimum Qualifications - Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must pass the Drug Test. Must pass the Background Check. Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable. Education Required - The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED. Years of Relevant Work Experience - 5 Preferred Qualifications - Ability to work a flexible, 55 hours per week schedule. - 5 years of experience in Retail Management
