Description:
As the Staff Development Educator, you will:

- Conduct orientation for new staff members
- Assist in the scheduling of monthly in-service calendars
- Review documentation of new hires
- Provide additional education as needed
- Schedule home care visits
- Evaluate home care field visits conducted by nurses
- Audit patient charts
- Review justifications for services
- Provide and document managed home care visits

Required Skills:
- 4+ years of clinical experience
- Home care/managed home care and education experience
- Familiarity with community health, long-term care, management, and training and development
- Valid New York State Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
