Description: PROJECT ARCHITECT - BROOKLYN, NY
Ideal candidates will possess strong design and construction administration background and the ability to produce detailed construction docs while working on various sized projects. A very strong understanding and experience with the design/development phase of these types of projects is also required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conceptual design, construction document production and construction administration for various commercial projects including, but not limited to, educational, residential and commercial projects for public and private clients. Supervision of draftspersons.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors in Architecture required. Masters ideal. Project leadership experience with responsibilities in the development of design and construction budgets and schedules. Workflow management and communication skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, architectural desktop. Position entails working on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Individual needs to be highly adaptable and fluid to the situation. Must be able to provide innovative solutions to commercial projects.
