Duties * Responsible for reviewing delinquency reports and calling multifamily and commercial real estate loan customers, following up with written correspondence and meet customers, as necessary. Main goal is to not have any past due loans. Comments

Qualifications Must monitor loan portfolio for delinquencies. Must have the ability to communicate effectively on the telephone and in writing. Must have successful multifamily and commercial collection experience. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong customer skills, be flexible and hardworking. Knowledge of McCracken a plus.

Ten years multifamily, FNMA and commercial experience as a senior loan collector. Solid word and excel skills a strong plus. College degree and bi-lingual a plus. Keywords
