Location: NY0156 Brooklyn 841 Flatbush Ave For sales positions the actual employment location may vary based on market/location needs.

Position Description:

Inventory/Audit Assistance Mini Audits (Collateral, Merchandise, Uniforms, Readiness Reports, Etc.) Surveys after visits to the store managers Detailed action plan for stores under 90%% audit score Assist in any inventory related investigations with Corporate Security or Retail Leadership team Work with the MAC to reduce /increase inventory levels based on current selling trends Gather inventory related issues and track towards a solution Provide Inventory training monthly, quarterly or as needed Inventory Compliance reporting weekly Monitoring Open P.O. Monitoring Transfers Monitoring Returns Monthly Cycle counts are filed Adjustments posted COR Audit training and setup COR KOI training and setup

Non-Sales Assistance

Implement in the field the initiatives, programs, and multiple projects that are driven out from the Regional office sales ops team o Collecting SPR Documents Monthly o Submitting relief payment and part time hour forms to compensation group o Coordinate On-Boarding process from beginning to end o Coordinate Store Events (i.e. IRU events) o Market support on operational issues o Assist with New store opening/store closing check lists Monitor Training Compliance reports for designated stores (training driver in their designated area) Assist with scheduling in stores analyze customer feedback tool for the stores in their designated area Monitor store appearance Training RSM and ASM in respective areas on back office Non-Negotiable compliance assistance to COR COR merchandising and plan-o-grams inspection (Non-negotiable) COR Checklist (weekly) ARSM Assistance on special needs RSM Assistance on special needs Report review with ARSM / RSM Position Qualifications:

Prior retail store mgmt experience, Microsoft office suite, operations experience, must be able to prioritize and multi-task,. Must be able to work independently, manage time, and also work well in a team environment.
