Description: Job Description: Senior Project Manager Duties/Responsibilities: Provides Resident Engineering services as "Owners Agent" for the management and execution of MTA Metro North construction projects in the NYC area. Oversees construction contractors in the execution of construction through schedule reviews and engineering inspections. Monitors and resolves issues related to schedule, quality, and changes. Responsible for the management of up to 15 field staff and subcontractors providing field inspection and data collection tasks. Responsible for the creation of reports, client meetings, and client billing. The work will consist of mezzanine structure, bridge, pedestrian Project Manager Qualifications: BS in Engineering or construction-related field. PE preferred. Proven ability to manage engineering staff and subcontractors in a construction environment. Must present a history of proven leadership on similar projects. Experience with construction methods and procedures a plus related to steel, concrete and structural work. MTA experience(Metro North, LIRR, Transit, etc.) is a plus or any RR.
