Description: Job Ref #:180078 Function:Service and Support Title:Sales Support Analyst National Toll Free Service & Support , West Caldwell, NJ Job Description: Responsible for the NTFSS account set up process and on going program administration. Support program participants in accordance with NTFSS program guideline. Act as single point of contact for all NTFSS related issues and liaison between the dispatch center and Ricoh Corporate. .Receipt and review of all National Toll Free Service and Support applications to ensure the requirements of the program are met by the account. .Receipt and review of all data supplied by Customer and validate against ORACLE Install Base to ensure data accuracy. .Support and communication between customers, dealers and direct sales channels in the NTFSS program.
