Current retail store locations include metropolitan St. Louis MO, greater Kansas City MO, Tulsa OK, Oklahoma City OK, metropolitan Chicago IL, Concord CA (East Bay), Charlotte NC and Union, NJ (NYC area). Our home office is located in St. Louis, MO. We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee and manage all daily retail sales, operations and POS system functions. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintain individual store reporting, and distribute to appropriate departments * Work with corporate office to ensure accuracy of all reports and processes * Ensure compliance to budget numbers for all store related expenses * Coordinate the overall supervision and training of retail staff to ensure sales performance goals are met and procedures are followed accurately * Regulate retail inventory to reduce shrinkage, maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure report accuracy * Hire, train and develop retail staff with goals for growth and success in their positions, and within the company

ESSENTIAL SKILLS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Knowledge/skills typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree * Four (4)+ years of store management experience, preferably in home furnishings and decor * Energetic and innovative, capable of driving results while creating a positive environment * Self motivated with the ability to inspire staff to reach sales goals * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficient in Word and Excel * Flexible availability to work days, evenings and weekends Must be eighteen years of age Must have high school diploma/GED Must pass the Drug Test Must pass the Background Check Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable
