Description: The Owner Representative will be our client's on-site representative of and for our Owners traveling to and from the assigned FBO location, in all issues related to the seamless operation of the Owners flights and ensuring customer satisfaction and delight. He/she will act as the key facilitator in communicating operational issues and customer feedback as they occur at the assigned locations. High degree of confidentiality required. Execute tasks and duties required performing the duties of Owner Representative in accordance with safe practices, Company policy and good judgment. Facilitate smooth arrivals and departures for owners at the airport. Review daily demand and determine location of base of operations for the current days activity. Meet and greet owners, as schedule permits, who are departing and arriving from assigned location. Establish high-level relationship with owners who are based at the representatives location. On-site management of outside support service providers (caterers, ground transportation companies, FBOs) ensuring quality, timely delivery and accuracy of products provided for our owners. The Owner Representative will be responsible for securing and procuring third party specialty providers & services to fulfill owner requirements that fall outside of the normal services provided via Procurement Departments supplier contract services. Support OOC in providing verification of third party services and owner communications relating to operational information. Assist Client crew in readying aircraft for owner arrival and departure. Inspect aircraft to ensure cleaning quality. Report any discrepancies via the Event Log feedback system. Advise crew of owner preferences and sensitivities prior to owner arrival. Provide on-site, on-demand troubleshooting and special needs assistance. Interact with Owner Relations to procure special owner recognition supplies or gifts. Provide logistical support to Sales & Marketing Customization group to receive special gifts and ensure delivery to aircraft prior to owner arrival. Receive, store as required, and rotate onboard media as the schedule requires to support owner entertainment. Collect, organize and ship used media per Procurement specifications to in-house stocking location. Interface with Material Services and Procurement as required to support and resolve aircraft amenity and stock locker issues.

Qualifications The Owner Representative must have a minimum of two to four years corporate aviation related experience required. One to three years customer service experience in travel related industry. Working knowledge of: High profile business clientele behavioral responses requiring absolute discretion in confidential Clientele management; and Fractional / corporate aviation industry and environment. Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, employees, management and discreet relationships with high profile clientele. Research and analytical skills necessary to look up and interpret FARs, industry standard requirements, company practices, and other related information for the purpose of responding to Owner and management requirements. Computer skills necessary to operate word processing, spreadsheets, presentation, database, in-house software, email, and web-based applications that applies within the assigned department. Good verbal, presentation, and written communication skills. Ability and commitment to conduct high profile Owner/customer relations in discreet, confidential and proprietary manner.
