Job Description: Position: AMT (TEB) Reports to: General Manager Location: Teterboro, New Jersey Summary: Flight Options, LLC, a leading provider of private jet travel solutions is now hiring A/P Mechanics for our facility in Teterboro, New Jersey (TEB). This position will be responsible for performing routine inspections and troubleshooting, including airframe structures, engines and aircraft systems. Duties and Responsibilities: Performs all airframe, power plant and propeller repairs and modifications required to meet company and FAA requirements; Removal and disassembly of defective parts; assembly and installation of replacement parts; and testing aircraft system; Operates all power tools and equipment necessary to accomplish job assignment; Should be highly motivated individual who works effectively under pressure and time constraints; Completes all required maintenance records in an accurate manner to include accurately reporting of times required to accomplish the tasks assigned; Maintains a clean and neat work area to our company and internal customers; Must support all company policies and safety programs to include OSHA and EPA regulations; Interprets technical manuals, drawings and blueprints; Performs other aircraft maintenance work as may be required; Performs varied additional duties as assigned such as RII, Taxi and Run-up responsibilities. Qualifications and Requirements: Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate; Minimum of six years directly related experience in aviation; Minimum of two years Hawker aircraft experience preferred; Computer experience in Microsoft Office software products preferred; Must possess minimum tooling required to perform duties assigned.
