Brief Description Job Responsibilities Senior Principal Consultants work as part of a CRM implementation team. Activities range from project management to problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, software configuration and implementation, data mapping and conversion, software testing, client training, and deployment. Responsibilities include: project management including client interaction through successful implementation with the focus on high levels of quality and customer satisfaction, resource, selection, allocation and supervision, cost and schedule monitoring, task deliverables; working daily with customer management and project teams and end-user staff; serving as a subject matter expert in one or more specific area; providing sales support to Siebel Sales and professional Services;and for presenting project deliverables to the customer and the internal team.

Job Requirements . Engineering or Computer Science degree, or equivalent . At least 12 years of consulting or industry experience doing software implementation . Experience with relational database concepts . Programming experience must include at least one or more of the following languages - Java, J2EE, C or C++, Visual Basic, HTML XML, SQL or JavaScript . The ability to travel extensively - at least 80%% of the time will be spent at the customer site. Detailed Description Provide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member. Services include identifying needs, developing, influencing and implementing proposals. Able to lead, support and participate on project teams. Job Requirements Job duties are varied and complex requiring independent judgment. May have project lead role. A BS or BA in related fields. At least 9 years overall experience in functional or technical role. Two years experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Willing to travel regionally with some national travel.
