This position reports to the Consulting Practice Director. Brief Description EBusiness HR consultant, 100%% French/English bilingual candidates for consulting opportunities in Quebec, Canada. 100%% Travel. Must have more than 1 successful HR implementation. Payroll background and EBusiness Payroll knowledge beneficial. Responsibilities:

Using in-depth knowledge of eBusiness HR product lines, as well as functional expertise, consults with clients and project personnel to determine scope of project needs. . Participates in preparation of proposals and statements of work, development of project estimates, work plans, and advises on implementation strategies in area of specialization. . Identifies and applies creative and innovative approaches to resolves product implementation and integration obstacles and problems. . Develops new or enhanced methods and techniques to resolve product line problems and offers options, alternatives, outcomes and possible implications of various courses of action. . Communicates product information and provides guidance to clients and coworkers on issues, tools and techniques, enhancements, changes in processes and related information . Works collaboratively with consultants, implementation managers, and Corporate to develop, test, and implement products. Detailed Description Provide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member. Services include identifying needs, developing, influencing and implementing proposals. Able to lead, support and participate on project teams.Preferred Skills: . Typically requires 3- 4 years of applications software implementation experience, (at least 3 years working directly with one or more eBusiness product lines), defining client needs and applying appropriate technology solutions. . Typically requires 4 years of experience in a product support and consulting environment. . In-depth knowledge of business functions and expertise in business analysis techniques. . B.A./B.S. in a technical field, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred. . Expertise in conceptualizing new products and product enhancements, examining existing assumptions and formulating new product ideas. . In-depth knowledge of eBusiness HR products and tools and skill in a variety of Oracle techniques, methods, processes, and practices. . Writes documentation and complex reports in a clear and concise manner. . Adjusts to changes in priorities and manages time effectively. . Takes initiative to achieve value-added results, within scope of responsibility. . Applies strong analytical skills to resolve difficult client problems. . Bilingualism in English and French is not a prerequisite, but would be an asset as this role covers client areas in (Quebec) Eastern Canada predominantly. . Available to travel 75 to 100%% in North America, Job Requirements Job duties are varied and complex requiring independent judgment. May have project lead role. A BS or BA in related fields. 7-9 years overall experience in functional or technical role. Two years experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Willing to travel regionally with some national travel.
