High Technology & Telecommunications Brief Description A Solutions Consultantworks a subject matter expert andis responsible for all activities around analyzing Siebel or Oracle CRM projects. A Solutions Consultant will be assigned to a specific geographic territory and be the go-to-person in the territory for CRM knowledge and technical skills/knowledge. A Solutions Consultant will work within their assigned territory to uncover all CRM opportunities. The Solutions Consultant is the primary expert that Sales, Sales Consultants and Business Development Managers turn to for information on Siebel or Oracle CRM offerings. Activities range from project management to problem identification, client interaction gathering requirements and defining specifications for the product configuration and implementation, data migration, software testing, client training, and deployment. Responsibilities may include: project management including client interaction through successful implementation with the focus on high levels of quality and customer satisfaction, resource selection and allocation, cost and schedule monitoring, working with customer project teams and end-user staff; working on problem resolution requiring data evaluation and analysis and the exercise of judgment within defined practices and policies.

Serving as the subject matter expert on Siebel or Oracle CRM service offerings and capabilities Insuring that CRM projects are properly scoped and priced to insure that Professional Services achieves its quarterly revenue and margin goals Detailed Description Provide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member. Has subject matter knowledge of relevant implementation responsibility. Possesses database, core applications and web technology knowledge. Has specific experience in implementing Oracle solutions and in systems integrations. Job Requirements Job duties are varied and complex requiring independent judgment. May have project lead role. Preferred qualifications: A BS or BA in related fields. 8 or more years overall experience in functional or technical role. Two years experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Willing to travel nationally. Additional Details Preferred Qualiffications . Engineering or Computer Science degree, or equivalent . At least 8 years of consulting or industry experience with working on data warehouses . Experience with relational database and data warehouse concepts and design . Programming experience must include at least one or more of the following languages - Java, J2EE, C or C++, Visual Basic, HTML XML, SQL or JavaScript .
