KPMGs Federal Tax Services Practice is a resource for clients that need help complying with the latest IRS rules and regulations. Responsibilities: . Provide comprehensive day-to-day tax advisory and tax compliance services . Prepare and review tax provisions . Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team helping to provide a wide range of tax services to Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and private clients Qualifications: . Three to five years of corporate tax experience with a public accounting firm or equivalent experience in a corporate tax department . Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university in Accounting or a JD . Knowledge of a broad range of corporate and/or partnership tax matters .
