We are currently seeking a Tax Manager to join us in our Short Hills office. Responsibilities: . Develop and sustain excellent client relationships . Provide tax compliance, tax consulting and tax provision services to our clients . Keep up-to-date on current tax practices and changes in tax law . Provide industry knowledge and experience . Mentor and train staff . Attain visibility and recognition in the Corporate Tax community . Assist in new business development Qualifications: . At least five years of corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation and/or law firm . Excellent advisory and compliance skills . Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations and partnerships . FAS 109 income tax accounting/disclosure experience . Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial information . Industry experience in one of the following: Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, Information Technology, Communication and/or Entertainment . Service-oriented with demonstrated outstanding client interaction skills . Basic knowledge of international and state tax issues . Public company exposure . Experience managing multiple client engagements and client service teams . BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university in Accounting .
