Currently we are seeking a Business Systems Senior Analyst within the Panasonic Management Information Technology Service Company, based at our North American Headquarters in Secaucus, NJ.

ACCOUNTABILITIES: Client-End-User-Relations ? Maintain detailed knowledge of business processes across functional areas. ? Continue to develop client relationships to meet business requirements. ? Recommend technical solutions to meet changing business needs.

Specifications ? For complex projects, facilitate and conduct business and functional. requirements gathering workshops. ? Write Business Requirements Document, Functional Specifications Document, and client communications documentation. ? Map both simple and complex business processes (AS-IS & TOBE) and/or larger scope workflow.

Processes ? Perform business process analysis. ? Lead the development of future recommendations and conduct presentation to the business unit. ? Become proficient PNA systems including interfaces and integrations. ? Use standard methodology to document business processes Testing.

? Review and approve end user test cases developed by IBM. ? Participate in and validate user acceptance testing. ? Participate in software selection based on documented business requirements. ? Participate in analysis and recommendation of software solutions based on business requirements.

SCOPE: ? Manage own time and material. ? Meet targets assigned. ? Interface with all levels of the PNA, PNA IT and IBM SO Delivery organizations.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: ? Identify, research problems. ? Determine logical solutions. ? Use broad systems thinking. ? Be creative/innovative. ? Undergraduate degree required, advanced degree desired. ? Minimum 5 years of experience in IT functional areas and exposure to business operations. ? 3-5 years of experience in SAP

COMMUNICATIONS: ? Regular communications with all levels of business unit and PNA IT management. ? The ability to influence and persuade management on areas of business improvement is a significant competency.
