Job Title : Marketing Manager - New York Red Bull Soccer Team Location : Secaucus New Jersey US Category : Advertising/Marketing/Public Relations Job Description : Marketing Manager - New York Red Bulls Soccer Team Position Purpose: The Marketing Manager plays an integral role in the creation and execution of marketing strategies to meet the organizational objectives. Will also act as the brand manager to implement and ensure consistent messaging for organizational initiatives Essential Functions: * Ensure communication pieces across all departments are consistent and meet RBNY brand guidelines and RBNY standards for production. * Manage the work flow of creative jobs internally to ensure timely production and delivery. * Responsible for the development of a season long promotional plan to drive attendance at home games, and also for in-game promotions to deliver a premium experience to the consumer. * Manage all aspects of the marketing intern team. * Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities and new project development. * Oversee the management of departmental operating budget. * Establish and implement short and long range goals, objectives, and operating procedures. * Play an integral role in the development of the business plan. * Serve as the primary liaison to Red Bull North America for all RBNY related events and activities. * Manage and oversee all aspects of the Youth Fan Club. * Represent RBNY at various community and/or business meeting to promote the company. * Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors. * Manage other special projects as they arise. Specific Job Knowledge, Skills and Ability: * Bachelor’s degree preferred. * 3-5 years of relevant experience. * Experience in sports and entertainment field a plus. * Min of 2 years agency experience or agency management in branding or trafficking. * Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). * Project and budget management experience. * Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. * Creative mind with the ability to develop and implement new ideas. * Bilingual Spanish a huge plus, but for the right candidate will re-consider. * Self motivated, energetic and a team player.
