Plan, coordinate and direct activities and initiatives that have broad organizational impact within GlobalView Organization. Such activities and initiatives include design and development of service delivery models, product and service delivery enhancements, and organizational alignment and structure. Responsible for improving the effectiveness of the GlobalView Payroll Administration Operations by identifying and driving new, programs, processes and systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Meet current service and financial goals while dealing with rapid growth in this unique business to ADP. 2.Effectively manage the costs and profitability of Payroll and HR Administration Operations. 3.Leverage existing ADP expertise within ADP, Operations and Production to strengthen GlobalView Payroll Administration. This requires excellent relationships with key business partners both within and outside ES International. 4.Determine and implement appropriate organizational structure and geography to drive targeted business results. This includes determining real estate needs, determining on shore vs right shoring roles and proper integration with other ADP services. 5.Respond efficiently and effectively to large-scale, high-profile client issues while maintaining ongoing operations in all areas. 6.Create processes to ensure effective hand-offs with ADP business units and hosting centers. Strive to maintain effective collaboration within GlobalView and across all of ADP. 7.Proactively staff management team and manage associate development through coaching and counseling, training plans, mentoring and career planning. 8.Respond to critical client or prospect situations as necessary including participation in pre-sales or client service calls. QualificationsRequired (Experience, Skills, Academic): A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or other related field and the resultant knowledge and experience from at least 10 years of management experience, including 3-5 years supervising a large staff (25+) of exempt-level professionals. Must be able to work well under pressure and have a strong understanding of the full ADP organization . Must possess excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills and recognized organizational savvy. Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills for managing multiple, diverse and conflicting activities and project teams. Extensive experience within ADP with strong product and operations knowledge. Experience in service technologies and development of service delivery solutions as well as operation experience in multiple business functions, including sales, delivery and product development. Demonstrated effectiveness in identifying and addressing marketplace trends. Proven ability to drive decisions and actions among diverse groups to achieve goals. Experience in assessing, developing, and reengineering business processes. Demonstrated ability in coordinating multiple projects of varying complexities and scope. Demonstrated success in a client service or professional consulting environment. Demonstrated success in effective communications and positioning of projects and business requirements under a variety of highly visible conditions. Excellent organizational interaction skills; ability to lead and influence outside direct line of authority Ability to deal with rapid changes and ambiguity.
